Well Built and designed. Software needs work. Instructions are just as bad, but support in USA is good.

The quality and design of the table and pen is good. Materials used are good quality, and fit/finish is top-notch. The tablet performs well and suits my need as a professional artist.

The weak link is software, specifically the driver. On a Mac using Catalina, the PenTabletDriverUX stops responding whenever you are in the PenTabletSetting app. Big fail as you use this app to customize settings on your pen, tablet, and express keys. The work around is to use your mouse to change settings and exit the app. Otherwise you have to force quit and relaunch PenTabletSetting. Sometimes this doesn't work and you have to reboot the computer.

Another area for improvement is the UI for the PenTabletSetting app where you configure the pen/tablet/buttons. They lack active feedback so you don't really know which wheel/button you are accessing. Wacom users will know what this means and how useful and intuitive this simple function is. No trial and error needed, much lees when the app itself is already unstable.

If XP-Pen can resolve these two major shortcomings, this product will be a complete winner and overtake Wacom as the go-to tablet, even for professionals like myself.

Installation instructions are bad and I had to chat with support online. This was an excellent experience. Evans, who walked me through all the steps and it worked perfectly. Skip the driver download and go straight to support. It will save you lots of grieve and time.

Very good

I am new to graphic tablets and this is my first. It has been a very smooth learning process. I am deeply impressed by how well it works, especially considering the screen protectors for it are so bad. That is the only reason i don't give it five stars, because i am salty about the screen protectors lol.

I really like this tablet.

It's my first drawing tablet but it's very responsive and good. It is very big and I enjoyed the fast delivery. I have one small complaint and it's about me not getting the anniversary items even though I ordered it on the last day. It is not a huge problem so great tablet!

Great for Clipstudio...not so much for Medibang

Its a great tablet with plenty of functions (8 buttons and 2 wheel options). I never needed to use my keyboard while drawing. The one problem is that it is VERY unresponsive in Medibang for some reason. It works on my other XP-Pen tablet but not for the Deco Pro.

Great tablet

I've been using this tablet for almost a year, now. I've enjoyed it. It has high accuracy. The sensitivity is good. I notice that some programs are more sensitive than others when using it, but all have worked fine. I've been drawing with Sketchbook as well as Krita, and found it works great in both programs.
Thank you XP-Pen for making a tablet that works well and is affordable. Every now and then (not often) something stopped working right, but I could always fix it pretty fast by re-checking settings in the driver. I would like a little more texture on the surface, but still rate it 5 stars.

Fantastic!

I adore the deco pro! I've been using it for months, and it's so lovely. This is the second art-tablet I've ever owned. The first was also an XP-Pen, but it was an Artist 10 display. I originally wasn't sure if I'd enjoy the slight friction that would come with a tablet without a screen, but it's been lovely!

My only complain is that the Deco Pro S and Deco Pro M protectors aren't available for purchase for US residents. Nibs sharpen on this tablet rapidly, and I need to use paper to keep from causing too many scratches.

The tablet itself, though, is wonderful!

surprisingly good quality for nice prices! The tablet itself was very lightweight and thin. i got the small one and its as big if not a little bigger than my laptop screen, very nice size. it doesnt feel cheap, the buttons are nice and the dial is smooth. the pen is much lighter than i was expecting and comfortable to hold. ive had this tablet for a year and have used it plenty and the drawing area surface still looks brand new and the pen still glides over it. the compatibility with both a laptop and android phone is amazing and ive used both options a lot, theres no lack in quality on the phone and i love the easy portability.
i would 100% recommend this product and will definitely be buying from this company again.

DECO Pro Small

the pen-tablet is really good, the number of hotkeys and their location, too. especially the distribution of the hotkeys (and the wheel) and the fact, that you can use it right- or left-handed just the same is very much appreciated. the only mishap is the driver, though... I used to be able to map the hotkeys differently to different apps... there is no way I am getting this to work anymore, regardless what I try.
it used to work with an older driver, since I updated to the newest one this function is broken.. I used to use it for photo-editing, but in this state, the tablet's user experience has gone down significantly...

The pen pressure and alignment is very accurate (even the tilt picks up whilst I'm drawing whilst lying in bed) , the materials feel very high quality. The touch-sensitive pad is so handy! I didn't think I would end up using it, but it's so much easier to use than my actual laptop's trackpad/mouse.The aluminium base makes it very sturdy and there is little to no flex on the product, even though the product is so compact! (Fits perfectly alongside my laptop in my laptop bag).The pen not only feels very high quality and sturdy, but is also really comfortable!All express buttons are customize-able, and can even be set PER program -- which really helps when I'm jumping across Photoshop and PaintTool Sai.Overall, the product is great! I would recommend this product to any inspiring artists, of any level! It has really helped improved my artistic skill.

Fantastic for beginners!!!

I've been drawing with the traditional pen and paper for years but recently wanted to try my hand at this whole digital art thing so I bought this as it's reviews were great and it seemed to have a simple enough design, and I LOVE IT!!! I've onlt had it for a few hours but I've already gotten the hang of it using it with a free art program called Krita. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to start trying to make digital art.

This tablet is great to use! The pen pressure and alignment are very accurate, and the touchpad is very convenient! Easier to use than a touchpad / mouse on an actual laptop. The aluminum base is very sturdy, even if the product is very compact, the product has almost no flexing! (Perfectly matched with the laptop in the laptop bag). Not only does the pen feel very tall, sturdy, but also very comfortable! All shortcut buttons are customizable and can even be set by the PER program-this really helps when I skip Photoshop and Sai.
