Black Screen

Paid extra on tablets to actually have a screen to work with. Tablet doesn't have a screen, killing myself next month knowing I saved up for 6 months only to have the wrong tablet I need due to misinformation.

Awesome Artist 12 Display Tablet

I have been using this tablet since 2021, it is fantastic. I get really nice sharp crisp clean lines in my drawings without much parallax. Very nice colors and contrast, easy to use. I have honestly never had a problem with the tablet, it runs great. I recommended to pretty much anyone who wants to have a nice portable display tablet at home as well as having one when you are out traveling.

Good for the price

As a first time buyer, I can say that there are some ups and downs of this display.
I got this on a sale so it wasn't that bad of a price. The stylus works very nicely, and doesn't require any charging.
The display connects nicely to my computer, though I had to use a USB hub to actually connect. The display also has a great battery life, it's been almost a year and I haven't had to charge it.
One of my main concerns is that the stylus does start to scratch up the screen after awhile, I'd forgotten to change the stylus nub which resulted in that happening. I'd recommend buying a screen protector to preserve the display.
Another concern is that the 3 in 1 cable starts to fail to connect to the display after less than a year. Of course I ordered a replacement, which works well now.
Overall, the Artist Display 12 is a great display for a starting digital artist, of course it's not without its flaws but is a good tool for beginners.

Great art tablet for Linux users!

The best art tablet I've tried for Linux so far! If you're an artist who is also a Linux user I highly recommend this one. It works really well, very comfortable, very affordable, plus there's a good amount of Linux-friendly drivers to choose from that are easy to install and use and both the tablet and driver works perfectly without any issues. It exceeded pretty much all my expectations! If I ever need a new tablet, XP-PEN is the perfect place to get them!

Really Good

This is my first ever display tablet and I gotta say after having it for a year. It's been a blast!
I have no had any problems with this tablet!

Everything works great, however I had to buy another cord since the cord was loose and kept messing with the screen.

Wonderful Tablet

I love my tablet! I have improved so much from having it these few short months c: The screen is easy to see and the pen is comfortable to hold.

Beginner artist on Linux Mint

This is my first Pen Display, ever, so I probably don't know what I'm doing, but I'm having fun learning. I've had it for about a day and have played with it for 3-4 hours.

I was impressed that it and the control software worked with my Linux Mint 20.2 box and Krita. All the buttons, save the color picker tool, worked out of the box, but this is super-easy to re-configure for Krita.

The scroll bar for the brush size and zoom is a nice feature.

Honestly impressed by the quality and ease of use. This is an excellent buy, esp for a beginner like me.

Add that you support Linux to the product page! That was a big reason I bought it.

Pros:
* Display works as advertised
* Great entry-price
* Comes with everything you need to get started, including the glove

Cons:
* I wish there were better instructions for the configuration app on the PC, the UI is somewhat intuitive, but selecting which monitor to use wasn't immediately apparent.
* Instruction booklet doesn't mention the Linux driver & install instructions
* Nitpick: Instruction booklet could use diagrams for which cables go where to make setup easier

Best cost benefit!

Excellent display chart, arrived in 6 days in my home, the product came very well packed, with angles in package and with a second box outside, store service was excellent all the time, And the table has excellent quality, I am very happy and certainly would buy with XP pen and recommend too!
