The shipment of my tablet was sooo fast, even though it didn't say that it has shipped, it arrived within THREE DAYS OF ORDERING IT, LIKE THAT AMAZING, can't wait to start using it, I can say that XP-Pen is a really good wacom alternative, but it may be better

Worth the price

Received the tablet within 6 days of ordering. The size is perfect and works perfectly fine. No problems so far, color is great and after calibrating, the pen tip and cursor align nicely.

I am XP-Pen from this point forward

Everything you need is in the box to get started unlike some others.
I have had no technical issues and the 13.3 works great on all of the programs I use e.g. Paint Tool Sai, Flash, Photoshop. I have had the 13.3 for about 2 months now and I think I will stay with XP-Pen moving forward.
The only problem I did experience was a small mix up in the shipping address but the XP-Pen team was quick to identify it and help me correct it. I still got the package in the time frame I was given.
Speaking as a previous wacom user I urge any artists new and seasoned to give XP-Pen a shot. For the price and performance you just can't go wrong.

Probably one of the best display at this price. It is better tien wacom and les cheaper

Love it, but have 2 problems...

Love the tablet and works great. But I have 2 problems.
1. Tech support was not super helpful, faqs didn't cover common problems. ( but it was a super easy fix!)
2. I have to switch it to left-handed mode every time I turn it on.
Friend just spent four times as much on a wacom tablet, and is jealous of my XP pen.

Amazing!

This is my first drawing tablet with a screen! I love it so much, my only issue is that the lines seem a little wobbly while drawing but that's ok. Other than that it is great and I can't seem to get it to work with paint tool sai.

Good but poor support

Tablet is perfect with resolution size and color quality. I would recommend it over other expensive ones, only problem with it that drivers are not stable at all and if your work depends on tablet alone, would say rather wait for more updates till it's actually fully compatible with listed software or save up more money to buy different one. although it's good I had trouble finding older versions of drivers that wasn't broken with software I use(paint tool sai) but support refused give me it and tried to push me into "secondary problem" about pen pressure. my problems with it:
☻ Can't downgrade drivers if needed
☻ Sometimes it doesn't register clicks (lasso tool in photoshop)(It didn't work at all so I had to use my mouse)
☻ Some software that is stated that it's compatible (paint tool sai - the brush will not move at all)
☻ some clicks in general don't work if you press on chrome or something sometimes you'll need to click 5-10 times for it to register

I use this on my Mac and I love it! but ever since I plugged it in I can't use my Mac without the tablet now......and the track pad dosent let me do what I could usually do...

Thank you, my son is pleased with his new tablet. However, I have two questions:
The screen is covered with a protective film, with a sticker that tells "Please peel off this mask after application completed".
1°) What do you mean by "application completed"?
2°) Please confirm the film should be peeled off for proper use of the tablet.
