Я очень доволен приобретенным продуктом. Товар хорошо упакован, пришел за 17 дней, с учетом того, что на почте в Санкт-Петербурге перепутали адрес, ну и праздничные майские дни))) подключил быстро, ничего сложного ( в настройках монитора нужно поставить "дублировать монитор"), цвета отличные, калибровка цвета не понадобилась. Особенно хочется отметить перо - оно отличное. В ZBrush особенно круто работать, это что-то))) В общем: я очень доволен))))) Thank you very much, XP-Pen!!!

Very happy with this device!

I have only used it for a couple of days now but so far I feel I'm definitely getting my money's worth.

Installation was super easy, drivers gave me no issues. With this display I'm running a triple monitor setup on Windows 7, and every software (aside from Photoshop) worked right off the bat. I tested it out with Clip Studio, SAI, Zbrush, Paintstorm and Corel Painter, so I can confirm these work for me. Photoshop CS6 and CC gave me a bit of a headache but after help from support and disconnecting one of my secondary monitors the problem disappeared. So it takes a bit of fiddling, but nothing too time-consuming.
There's no lag to speak of when drawing, and after calibrating the parallax effect is easy to get used to and I barely notice it while drawing.

The only con so far is the loss of connection somewhere along the very edges of the tablet, but it is something I was expecting and I can live with, as it doesn't interrupt my workflow at all since I can just move the menus around.

I am very happy with my purchase and I hope this tablet lasts me a long time. Definitely worth the money if you want to get into drawing with a display tablet and you can not or do not want to put out two or three times the amount of money for a more expensive brand that also has issues.
You not only get your money's worth with the device itself, but also some A+ quality customer service. With this I feel comfortable giving it all 5 stars.

This product is very good but the button art jammed I take it apart and fix it no jam most it's good

Game design student

As a game design student we have access to cintiq's in our school, and needed something similar to do homework. The issue being cintiq's are overpriced so I looked around and discovered this product.
The product is good in a sense of it gets the job done, is easy to use and is compatible with photoshop, however there are some downfalls.
There seems to be a semi-large distance between pen and screen. This results in needing to focus more on where the cursor is as opposed to pen tip. Even with calibration this does not become solved entirely.
The second thing is the glossy screen. The screen is heavily reflective and I would highly suggest not using around windows or rooms with a heavy light source.

Great product and quality for it's price

I recently ordered the Artist Display 16 Pro and have been testing it out for a few days now. It is a great piece of technology for the price it's offered at and offers the most important features one needs in a display tablet that can currently compete with other brands at this moment.

Pros:
- Good quality screen with proper coloration
- Extras that come with the tablet
- Solid stand
- Simple installation (Windows 10)
- Nicely sized working surface
- Pen is responsive to shape pen pressure
- Price tag is amazing
- Super quick delivery in my country (Netherlands)
- Great support team that is very kind and helpful

Cons:
- Even though theres 8K pressure levels, the pen feels somewhat unresponsive to opacity pen pressure
- When lowering the stand to it's lowest angle, the lever rests on the surface and causes the tablet to be a bit wonky
- Being left-handed I have to reset the tablet orientation everytime I use it (once again driver issue)
- Cables were almost too short for my setup (This is a personal flaw, my PC was 2 arm lengths away from the device)

All in all I think that despite some flaws that *hopefully* can be fixed with driver updates this product is great for what it offers and the pricetag that it's advertised at, and is capable of competing greatly against other brands.

I am very pleased with this product. I am currently in the process of creating a game with my friend, and this tool works great for animation. Easy to learn, and handy in terms of all of the buttons on the display (and the pen).

Good and easy to use drawing Tablet

It was pretty quick and easy to set up, although there were some issues with the pen pressure at first it was quickly resolved by their technical support and it works very smoothly now, flows very well and easy to use. The screen quality is also very good. Mainly use it for digital drawing and painting. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a screen tablet to draw on

Better Than Expected

Honestly, I had some doubts when I was first looking at the ratings for the Artist Display 16. Many said that the quality of the device is bad but I decided to buy it anyways and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. It works just as it what it was promised to be (probably even better). The only reason I'm giving this device 4 stars is that it may be good but it's not as good as a Wacom Tablet that is (obviously) way beyond my budget. Besides that, it's a great tablet and I would recommend you to try it out. You won't be disappointed. I know I'm not.

Great product and kind Customer Service!

The device itself is great, the packaging was secure with nothing missing nor broken!
The customer service is stupendous! I had outdated drivers given for my pc, and they were so kind enough to use teamspeak and spend time with me to figure out the issue. They generously gave me a new driver to run the tablet and it's been great.
Do not feel hesitant to speak to the customer service about anything regarding their products! They've given me information about dates for coupons/deals, helped me with getting new driver, and answered any questions regarding to their products!

Great

Got ours after 5 days and free delivery at that! Works great and considering the price of the leading brand, it's very much a steal. We are still having problems if we change the monitor problem to extend but I think this just needs calibration and tweakings. If you've got tips for that, we'd appreciate it.

Overall, would highly recommend to anyone.
