Good product

This drawing tablet is good quality and has many useful features. It has useful shortcut dials and connectivity.

4 months and already broken

I really tried to like XP-Pen and this isnt my first product from them, but this is my final straw. If you can swing it, just buy a Wacom. They have some refurbished stuff for near 100$ cheaper.

The pros are a lot, the double wheel is glitchy sometimes but overall incredibly convenient. The silver pen helps so it wont get lost(like put it down in the dark and that mf would normally disappear.)no problems with the bluetooth, the battery life is great. The buttons are way more convienant than a standard design.

And then the cons. after a little bit the pen would press without any action on my part, and i wasnt being careless with it, i literally needed a shortened nib just for it to work decent. the screen protecter it advertises is useless, dont buy it you dont need one, i promise.
but the real flaw is the wheel. the way it sticks out is a hazard. i took it out of my backpack, and it was broken off. only a couple pieces of plastic keep it on and with it broken even just turning the tablet on makes it go crazy and zoom in and out without me touching anything, leaving it completely unusable.

so the verdict is, if you use a backpack or travel with your tablet, arent the most vigilent when it comes to being gentle, then something else might be better. but keep in mind this product is only worth $100, you get what you get, but u would hope it would last more than 4 months. only 4 months, and the wheel broke (accidents arent covered under warranty btw)

Product seems of high quality. I have not had the time to deep dive into it but I am excited and looking forward to getting many many hours of use on this tablet, very happy with it.

Purchased for our adult son from his wish list. He is very pleased with this product. It went above his expectations and much easier to use than he expected.

Recently purchased an XP Pen 24 and works like a dream with it.

Pros:
• Super easy to set up
• Is bluetooth with a dongle or cabled
• Well labeled keys and beautifully smooth dial
• Can choose the display orientation based on what is the most convenient position for you

Cons:
Haven't found any yet. - Well worth the full price I spent.

Exceptional product at a great price

Owned Wacom and xppen for 6 years now and xppen always makes the better high end tablet for alot less money. This one doesn't disappoint no more recharging my pen which just annoying it's all wireless also. Works with any issues buy with confidence.

Perfect for drawing in any software. I use Clip Studio Paint with this, but GIMP works just as well, and I assume any other software too!

Excellent functionality, quite easy to operate straight out of the box after installing driver.. touchscreen function on the jog dial is very cool!

Pretty good!

This is my first drawing tablet, so I needed a day or 2 to figure out a few things (and still learning), but it works as it should! I\'m very happy with results, I\'m getting precision I didn\'t have with a mouse and it speeds up certain aspects of the work for sure. Installation and customization is pretty easy and simple. It is a new product, and I\'m a new user to this, so I will post updates if there are any.

Way better value than Wacom.

I purchased many years ago the Wacom Intuos 12x12 for quite a bit of dough. I haven't used a tablet in a while and I needed a new one for training and touch up on some minor stuff but mostly for training and blurring out stuff.

I needed something inexpensive and this has a lot more features than the competitor. I also explore the options of buying a Huion and others.

I'm very happy with the product and the price I paid for it I had some credit and I bought it on sale. I kept it boxed up and sealed for over a week before I opened it and decided to keep it.

I am not experiencing any cursor issues that some other people are stating. The only downside I can see is and this goes for all tablets not just this one is installing the drivers on a remote PC and controlling it and connecting sharing USB over internet. ie RDP or similar.

This is also a perfect starting tablet for kids. It's perfect size to mimic real life size paper and it's got the extra buttons and the wheel to zoom in and out or undo changes.

I'm even considering or have considered gifting one of these.

He likes the larger surface

Bought it for my 14yr old son. He's quite pleased with it. Likes to show off to me of how easily he can draw on it, whether with his phone or pc. He figured out manipulating it without having to read a manual.

Love it!

This works very well and is easy to use. I am a teacher in my 50s and I use it for virtual classes and also for tutoring after school. It doesn’t take long to get used to and I enjoy using it.

A moody, buggy tab that you'll learn to love

For its price, it's a good starter tab for those who are testing the waters or those who don't really use it for drawing professionally- and this is because of the software bugs that mess up the pen's setting. Imagine being in the zone when suddenly, your shortcut keys refuse to take effect even if the tablet's software is registering it; or when you need to quickly reply but instead of it taking a sec, it took a whole minute because the tab isn't well-integrated with Windows Ink. And sometimes when it's wired, the cursor refuses to move though you can click it. If you can tolerate these tiny but jarring mishaps, and you don't need touch gestures, then 10/10 highly rec. It's affordable, it's functional, the wheels are great and it has 8 custom hotkeys, the pen is ergonomic, almost zero lag and enough work area that works well with a 32in screen. It has its moments that make me want to throw it at the wall, but I've grown to love and appreciate it for being an overall great tab.
