Amazing Drawing Tablet
I have used this drawing tablet for a couple of years now, I am super happy with it
The matte finish is something I personally really like but I know not everyone is into that so it really is just preferences.
The colors are great on the drawing tablet.
Only complaint is I wish I could make my screen slightly brighter but aside from that a wonderful drawing tablet

After a Year
So I've bought this tablet August of last year as a birthday gift to myself and for the first few up until recently my tablet was working really good. Then all of a sudden 2/3 months ago my tablet started to flash a white screen, like it had a faulty wire. So I bought the new power cables and tried it and it's still doing the flashing white screen. I don't know if I got a faulty one that started doing this after months of use or that's how this tablet works.
Would I recommend this tablet to anyone, I would advise them of my issue and let them make the decision themselves.
Would I buy another tablet from this company, Yes I would and if I get the same issue after a year of use, then No I would not buy from this company again.

Love the tablet, but it's buggy.
I've owned the Innovator 16 for over a year now (anniversary edition) and I've spent just as many hours troubleshooting what's wrong with it as I have spent using the tablet. I love the design, and when it works, it works beautifully.
But Ive spent an extra 50 USD for a spare cord as well as another stylus because things keep acting weird and I keep hoping it's some kind of user error. The biggest issue I've run into is that there is next to no real help on forums online when troubleshooting, so when things go wrong youre on your own.

everything is amazing but.............
I owned this tablet for a month and I loved everything about it, how big it was, how it felt, and how it was a significant jump from Artist 12. But after a month, the tablet became quite glitchy; every time I raised the pen, it assumed it was still writing. I'm very sad since it was a pretty wonderful tablet.

Perfection
First off, shipping was about 2-3 days which is great! Second drawing on this rather then my ipad feels like a total improvement. I am a lefty so if your one to just flip the tablet around so that the buttons are on the right hand side and in setting you can flip the screen so its not upside down. Back to the review this is just so comfortable and slim. Only problem I have is when using my brush to full size it will lag ( Not sure if thats the drawing tablets mistake or Krita’s ).
I would totally recommend this to anyone heck! I told my friend about this, she bought and loves it too! This is amazing if you wanna up your game in drawing this is the product! ( Or you can get the newest drawing tab XP-pen has made )

There is some lag with the pen and tablet
As the tittle say, the pen is kinda lagging while I draw on clip studio pant, plus when I draw, the dot does not follow the pen correctly

Came within 2 days, BEAUTIFUL condition
It came CRAZY fast, I expected a good week or so before I'd see it. and I was constantly updated online as well, they were great with keeping me informed of its progress. The packaging was gorgeous, everything was brand new, protected, and unscratched. I love this display so much, and the wire setup was super simple as long as your computer has an HDMI port. (I have a VGA port so I had to buy an adapter, but everything still works perfectly!)
Best purchase I've made in a long time, and the anniversary edition is super worth it.

amazing loved it but...
Charger broke in less then a month, screen started turning off and on. i would just say be very carful with the tablet if buying

Great devices, but questionable build quality...
I went from the Artist 12 to the Innovator 16 Anniversary Edition because I needed bigger display. My Artist 12 had always had an issue where the cable was always loose. One wrong move and it would get disconnected. I figured I just got a bad one, no big deal, it happens. I'd intended to replace the cable for a while to see if that helped, but just never got to it.
Then the Innovator went on sale so I decided to just order that. I figured I couldn't get two bad devices in a row, could I?
Well, surprise! While the build quality of both devices feels goods, the cable issue with the 12 was unfortunate. The cable on the Innovator feels much better and much more secure. Whoever, once in a while, randomly, almost guaranteed once per day, as I'm working with it, it will simply blink off. It's still powered on. While the screen is black, it does appear as though the backlight is still on. Typically powering it off and turning it on again will return things to normal, but it is still bothersome. I actually came to the site to figure out how to get support for it, so we'll see what happens in that regard, if I find anything.

draws well, but bad technical issues.
the tablet as a whole is pretty good, but I have had it for about two months and the power cord hums and the screen flickers. maybe I just got a bad machine but I am going to return it and wont be getting a new one.

XP Pen -5 Stars - Couriers -No Stars
Shipping was abusive and brutal. All corners of shipping box and tablet's box are rounded off, one corner was crushed. Couriers DO NOT care about the packages they are throwing around while in their custody. Would not be surprised if damage to box was intentional. So far, the tablet does not appear to be damaged. Time will tell.
Other than crappy couriers, the tablet is great and arrived within a few days.
