I ordered mines on the 16th, i got an email that has my order number and says that shipment starts on the 17th, are there any more updates regarding shipping and tracking that I should be getting? Is there a delay in the process at all? Thanks again!

OMG same, I ordered on 16th Nov as well and now I check it and it changes its shipping date to 5th December... I wish it is not shipping on 5th Dec, This pissed me quite much.

They've said that if you ordered before the 17th, it's most likely they've already sent it out despite the shipping date being changed on the actual item.

I got mine early and have been using it for almost 2 weeks. Compared to other brands I have tried (without naming names) I can confirm there is no parallax. It's even better than my 15.6 pro by xp-pen. I'm very happy with the improvements.

The responses you have given to the previous inquiries about the price change in the middle of the sale period are laughable at best. If you made a mistake just own up to it. From one day to the other, in the middle of the sale period, you changed the discount from 30% to 10% on the Artist 22R Pro. Even my Google search still had the $489 price in the results last night. Sadly, this was after I'd gone back to my 3D animation class and mentioned to my students the great deal that it was. I hope this isn't how all customer service inquiries are handled.

The Instagram community manager handles it better, they told me about a discount code you can find on the tablet's review in youtube, I managed to buy it with that code, it's sad the way they respond to the inquiries, at least they can be honest and admit the mistake.

I love the brand, this will be my second tablet from them, but they need to get a better support service.

you raised the price in the middle of an actual sale, It's not fair to everyone who couldn't buy it at the time, your home page says that the sales end on Dec. 5th.

the Artist 15.6 Pro Holiday Edition has a banner saying: "Limited stocks, sold out soon", but the 22R didn't have it, I just check the price yesterday! so It's not fair almost doubling the price on this one without prior notice

I have checked the UK version of the shop and I have to say I am a bit disappointed. Not only that the tablet here, Artist 22R isn't on discount, it's even more expensive than the full price version on this site! Not to mention that all the products there, discounted or not are still more expensive than the exact same ones here.
Why is that for America/Asia/Canada etc have discounted prices that are cheaper and for Europe everything is more expensive :/
