Dear XP Pen,

Ok, now this is bs! Only a week since I purchased this pre-sale 22 R pro tablet and had to pay 700 (FULL PRICE!) for it because i wasn't able to catch the sale price of 490 last black friday because of it being sold out (and told that delivery would start Dec 5) and I only just got the confirmation for the delivery of the product today, NOW you go and put it up on sale again for the $490 price? WTH?!?

This is bad business practice! You guys could have at least waited maybe a month or 2 before even considering putting the tablet back on sale! Not happy with this!

The same thing happened to me. I ordered the XP-PEN FULL PRICE because they said they don't have the promotion anymore, they are out of stock and that after DEC 6th the price will increase further, only in fact to drop further ?!?. I feel I was mislead and this is not ok. I would very much appreciate to get the difference of the price back.

I hear you. I just went with the 22E PRO and called it a day. The only real difference between the two for me is one has a battery-free stylus and the other one doesn't.

I ordered My Xp-Pen 22R Pro on the 1st of December when It still was saying that shipping was starting on the 5th, I still have not revived a tracking number, and it says it still hasn't shipped from warehouse, I was EXPECTING things to get shipped on the 5th but i guess not, any idea when?

You emailed all of your customers that have accounts that "UP TO 30% OFF ALL PRODUCTS" was a thing, but it's literally the only thing not on sale and ON IT, on the IMAGE OF IT, you have listed "Sale". I mean, its fine if you don't, i get that it's the new flagship piece, but take the word "sale" off of it, because it's simply not, unless by "sale", you mean you are actually just selling it.

If it wasn’t for xppen’s irresponsible sale promotion, I would have bought the 22r pro with the original price. I’m now just really unhappy and I don’t wanna pay for such a price.

Secondly, Please kindly note that we have already marked a notice: ''Limited stocks, sold out soon'' on the promotion page to indicate that our products are indeed limited sales during the event. And we immediately removed the products from the promotions page after the inventory is sold out.

Thirdly, regarding the google searching issue, we have contacted the relevant team to remove the advertisement after the inventory is sold out, you probably saw the ads before it was sold out.
