Does the Type C connection require a Type C Thunderbolt input to work for multi-display? I read the user manual and it says I can use the Type C to on its own, but it does not say which version of Type C.

There is only a version of Type C interface. If you want to use multi-display, you need to purchase a Type-C splitter additionally.

So you are "offering" a sale at a great price of $489.99, but it seems you were already out of stock before you even started the "sale"! I have been checking from the minute the "sale" started and now it's January 4th and it has been "Out of stock" this whole time!!!? What kind of sales practice is that? Sounds a bit fishy, to say the least. Seriously not very cool and I don't think this will get you a loyal customer base, ever.

For me the price saidls $699 marked down from $699 what a deal. I also have been checking the sale everyday. Now that the sale has ended give it a day or 2 they will magically have stock.

My Computer (Windows 10) is recognizing the Artist PRO 22 R and the Stylus but the power button in not lit up and I'm not getting a display on the screen. I tap the power button and nothing happens. I have installed the latest Drivers for this model as well.

I bought the Artist Display 22R pro and it works great.
I can confirm that it works fine with my Microsoft Surface Book Laptop, with the included USB-to-USB-C cable (using USB/USB-C adapter provided) , PLUS the included HDMI cable (using a mini DisplayPort adapter which I bought).

My question to you is:
Since the Microsoft Surface Book Laptop does not have a USB-C port,  would a cable like this one: https://www.amazon.com/DisplayPort-Thunderbolt-Compatible-MacBook-More-6Ft/dp/B07P8RXQ79/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=mini+displayport+to+USB-C+cable&qid=1577114160&sr=8-1
work from laptop to 22R pro (using the above Mini DisplyPort to USB-C as a single cable solution) so that I can connect with just 1 cable?

Ya same here i ordered mine on the 16th and it said that it would be shiped out on the 18. But from reading previous question it seems like they may have allready been shipped they may not have received a tracking number from the courier forward to us

Yeah, I checked the website for days and it didn't update. I ended up getting a text on my phone with the tracking number from DHL about 3-4 days after I ordered. Depending on where you're from, it will ship around the same or a little later. The day it was delivered, xp pen let me know my tablet was shipped so they are a little behind with updates.

Yikes that's extremely inconvenient. I am US based so I was very much hoping they wouldn't use DHL, I've heard more than enough to not have them as a shipping service. I'm praying my packaging hasn't been lost or stolen now.

I'm in Chicago, and DHL shipped my 22R Pro on 12/19/19 and I got it delivered 12/22/19 which was very surprisingly fast from Hong Kong to Chicago in only 4 days. DHL even delivered on a Sunday, but maybe it is due to the holidays.
