hi there. My name is Daniel Caspian Octura. I bought your Artist Display 22R Pro last December 2019 and received the item on January 20, 2020. I used it regularly when I started working from home and it was working fine at first. However, it suddenly stopped working last month. The screen just turned black. When I turn it on, the light on the power would still show but the screen is just black as if there's no power. I tried connecting to another HDMI port, as well as using display port but still it's not working. The item was never dropped nor used abusively.
Could you please let me know how can I get a technical support here in Canada? Please advise me on what to do with it. Thank you very much.

Does this come with a pre-installed screen protector/film? If so, is it easy to replace once it gets scratched up? My Wacom tablet is 3+ years old and after heavy and consistent use and changing my pen bibs when needed, it’s still accumulated scratches.

This will undoubtedly happen to this tablet, so I want to know if it’s easy to remove the stock film and replace it.

I am interested in the Artist 22R Pro, but can it work with a virtual machine. Specifically, I'm working on a macbook pro 16" with windows 10 running in a virtual machine using VMWare. The main program that the display will be used with is running on the virtual machine. Will drivers have to be installed on the Mac OS and the virtual machine.
