I just recently purchased this tablet yesterday and I've been waiting for it to ship. Reading reviews, it looks like it could take up to two or so weeks. So, what would be the latest It would ship, worst case scenario.

I paid for my product 10 days ago & still have received no information whatsoever... no tracking number or even at least a date of when it gets here. Even shipping policy states "All orders are subject to a one to four day processing period before shipping"
Its been 10 days already... with no information or updates of any kind. This is ridiculous. I would have chosen any other tablet over this if it meant I could get work done. Now im losing time & money for no real reason other than my poor decision of choosing XPPEN.

I have got one for Christmas, and it's really nice so far!
There is just one problem however;
The program I use ( Clip Studio Paint pro ) Acts strangely when I try and use my tablet.
No matter where the pen is, ( Not counting changing the brush size/color, ECT ) the actual cursor is off by around an inch ( more leaning twords the bottom right of the screen. ) while on the canvas. I don't find this problem when using the generic painting program ( Paint 3D )that comes with Windows 10. Is there any way to fix this?

After some weeks of use, the pen is clicking while hovering - meaning its drawing when the pen is not touching the screen. I have tried changing the pen nib and reinstalling the driver but nothing seems to be working.
