So it won't let me review this tablet because it says I havent purchased it for some reason. I have the tablet and have for about a week now. I love it so much. It is fantastic and works incredibly well. The only issue I've run into is that I have to recalibrate the pen every now and again, but that's not a huge deal. I would give this tablet 5 stars if it would let me review, but again my account keeps saying that I haven't purchased it for some reason.

I got this on Dec 1st (based on the sites current time) which it's now the 3rd & I noticed that the title of the product changed to "estimated shipping time on Dec 9th" does this apply to me? does this mean it will be shipped on the 9th or that it will arrive around 9th?

I ordered an xp-pen artist display 12 pro with the AC 20 Cable Case last week on tuesday. I was notified the package was delivered on friday November 29th at 1:44pm to my address. Though I purchased the whole artist display 12 pro package with the addition of the cable case I have only recieved the cable case and not the actual tablet. I have the receipt for proof of my purchase if you need me to verify this purchase.
I am not sure why I haven't recieved the tablet but I would like to recieve it as soon as possible. (I also sent this message to your service email but I also wanted to post the problem here just in case)

I understand that this tablet must be connected to a computer, but does it need to be plugged in? Is there a cordless/wireless capability for portability purposes? Do any of your products offer this feature?

Our XP-Pen G640S, XP-Pen Deco 01 V2, XP-Pen Deco Pro S & M can be connected to the Andriod phones.Except some of Samsung phones at the list: https://www.xp-pen.com/faq-440-226.html
