I sent you a message asking about the extras to work the xp=pen on Smart phone but I only want it for one phone as only my grandson has a smart phone and I do not and I wanted to get the sale price for the accessories. I do not want the extra parts for both of the Xp-Pen Pro tablets. If them come with them is there anyway that I can return one set of the wires and get a refund for them?

Hi Abu,

You can use the outer mechanic wheel (sliver part) to zoom in /out of your canvas, adjust brush size, etc. It has the same function of wheel on the mouse. While the inner virtual wheel (black part) can be used as a trackpad/mouse mode, scroll up and down, click and double click, and more. Both wheels can also be programmed to customize copy, space, and other common functions.

Since we do not currently have the inventory of Deco Pro in Canada. So if you place an order, it may be shipped from our China warehouse. It always takes 5-15 days to arrive.

When the item arrives at the customs, you may be charged a tariff. This tariff is collected by the local customs.
