Hi,
I have an XP-Pen Artist Pro 15.6 which I have bought from Malaysia on September 22, 2019. Store name is Multics Computer Accessories & Service, Sunway Pyramid.
Initially when I first bought it, the tablet works fine for about 30 minutes, and then the tablet is unable to detect pen pressure. Furthermore, the express keys start to work incorrectly (e.g. instead of default settings, K1 is now B instead of Open Tablet Settings, K3 is now Alt instead of K2, K4 is now space instead of K3, K6 opens the Save window instead of zooming in, K7 is now Ctrl+Z instead of B, etc.)
I contacted support, and one of your colleagues, Ann, was helpful in providing advice by referring me to download a firmware update which I did so. The tablet was working fine ever since until now.
Recently however, the tablet has more problems. Namely, the tablet will occasionally stop detecting the pen, and when I unplug and replug the tablet again, the express keys start working incorrectly just like as described above. Although restarting my computer whenever this problem occurred helped, I would like a more permanent solution as every time this happens it is quite disruptive to my workflow and is very inconvenient.
The program that I am using is Clip Studio Paint EX, and operating system is Windows 8.1. I already have the newest driver installed (XP-PenWin(20190903)).
I contacted support again but have received no response so far. I would also like to find out whether the unit that I am owning is a faulty one, as reading through other reviews that are left here, no one else seems to be having this problem.

Hello I'm looking into possibly buying either a 15.6 pro or 22e pro display. Will either one work with coreldraw x7 and photo shop elements13? I was trying to compare both 15.6 pro and 22e pro are they both basically the same? is one preferred over the other? I had an Wacom Intuos and was not impressed with it. Thank you

The Artist Display 15.6 Pro and Artist Display 22E Pro can work with photoshop elements13 but not CorelDraw.
The Artist Display 15.6 Pro has 8 square buttons + red outer ring wheel, and the Artist 15.6 Pro is full-laminated, high color gamut, with tilt function.
The Artist Display 22E Pro has 8 shortcut keys each on the left side and right side, which are suitable for left-hander and right-hander. And has a bigger size than Artist 15.6 Pro.
You can choose according to your needs.

How does the new display pro models' red dial work? Is there a video I can see how you can play around with it?
Do I toggle a button for zoom and then use the red dial and then use another button to toggle rotate or the same button? If the same button, can I program 3 toggle mode (zoom, rotate, brush size into a single button) or can i do so separately? I have an intuos pro, but to toggle it, I press the wheel button and had to rotate the settings if I want a specific function going clock wise rather then going back and forth which is a bit of a pain. Is it avoidable with this model?
