Hi! so I've experienced that the screen got some scratches after around two to three weeks of usage, and I've been wondering if there was a screen protector pre-installed, and if so is there a good way to take it off?

The Artist Display 15.6 Pro comes with a pre-installed screen protector. Regarding the scratches issue, sorry, but it doesn't cover by the warranty. The scratches of the protective film belong to the normal wear and tear of the product. According to our warranty policy, this limited warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear of the product.

Hello! I've recently gotten a XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro Display delivered to my home. But I am having a lot of issues with the pen lagging on the screen whenever I try to draw. It's either too fast or too slow or not on the same location as my screen on my computer. I've tried putting my laptop on 100% percent display as a lot of online forums suggested but still get the same results. I'm also having problems with the pen pressure. Is there a way I can fix this?

Hello! So, it includes a computer in the photos of this product. I'm not sure if the computer is required for it to work or if it works without a computer. I am hoping it doesn't need a computer, as I cannot use any for art tablets. Also, is this website trustful with the shipping of products. I would love to buy this if it doesn't require a computer, however I want to be certain if it will indeed be shipped if I order it, as other websites have 'shipped' orders but they have never arrived. I just want to be sure. So, I suppose this is a question on both the product and of delivery, I guess.

Our tablet is not a stand-alone product. It needs to be connected to a computer or an Android phone to work.
Our XP-Pen G640S Android, Deco 01 V2, Deco Pro S & M, Deco mini 4&7, and G960S&G960S Plus can be connected to the Android phones. Except some of Samsung phones at the list: https://www.xp-pen.com/faq-440-226.html
The other products need to be connected to a computer to work.
We usually need 48-72 hours to process the order. The processing time may take longer during the weekend. The shipping time is about 5-12 days. You can check the order status in your XP-PEN account and we will also send you an email notification. The tracking info usually appears within 2 days after the package shipped.

Hello! If I were to order one of your tablets, would I be able to choose my shipping company? I only use Fed-Ex and cannot accept other shipping companies. Would this be a problem and how could I indicate when ordering online. The only option I see available is one radio button that says free shipping with all companies listed.

is there a way to better match up the colors of my Xp-Pen display with my laptop? So far it's been so nice to use- however it's very hard to color in an illustration without knowing the true colors going behind it. Is there a setting that helps? Or some sort of solution for that?
