I see that i get EU power plug adapter but i dont see any power converter?? is is safe just to plug it to 230v without breaking it? I've seen too many electronics blow up when they're ordered overseas

Yes Artist 15.6 doesn't come with power converter. The Artist 15.6Pro can be charged by computer, by power bank or by using the power plug plug into the socket directly.
Don't worry the power plug has transformer function.

I've read a few reviews where there are major issues for left handed people. Rotating the device and rotating the pen calibration especially seem to cause issues? Any way to resolve the problem? I am a left handed user interested in this product.

Hello, the right-handed mode and left-handed mode don't affect the calibration feature. As a friendly reminder, if there has distance with cursor and pen, then it means there has something wrong in display settings, not because of calibration feature.

Hi I'm from the Philippines and I previously saw some people inquiring on the costs of delivering an item here. When you mentioned to assist customs clearance, do we need to pickup the item in a specific customs office? It won't be delivered on our address? And please, if any, do any of your previous customers opened up about the process and the additional cost, it would be very helpful since I'm planning to purchase for months but is scared to the possibility of not receiving the item due to the tedious process.
