I have a HP laptop and I’m confused about what I would have to do to hook it up, would I need to download any apps on my laptop ? Or what do I need to do on my HP laptop?

The Artist 22E Pro needs to connect the power adapter, USB cables and VGA, DVI or HDMI ports.
The Artist 22E Pro requires to download a driver to use.

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please follow below steps to take a test:
1-Pls make sure you have connected all the cables in the right way, HDMI and Black USB cable connect to your computer, and the red USB cable connect a power adapter. The issue is mostly relate to the USB cable, so we need to make confirm that the USB cable has been connected right and your computer's USB port is works well.
2-If everything connected but the issue still persist, pls plug the tablet to another computer to take a test if the same issue still persist.
Under Mac system.
1-Pls do not use any hub for the connection, and the USB cable directly connect to the computer's USB port.
2-Pls check the attached file, follow the steps to check if the driver has been installed right.

Hello,my name is Junior, I have had my eyes on one of your tablets for a while now, specificaly the XP-Pen artist22e pro which i found on amazon and heard alot of reviews about. I've slowly saved up the $400 that i needed for it along with an extra $100 which i hoped to cover the shipping cost from art commissions using my curret crappy ugee tablet. Unfortunately amazon does not ship the item to my country and i can't find a way to purchase and ship it it from your website either. Also other thrird party shiping companies charge way too much and so there're way over my budget.
I'm at my ropes end here. I want to give you my money right now in exchange for this beautiful tablet, i just dont know how to. Is there anyway that i can work something out with your sales department or something concerning my issue?
I live in Kenya by the way. Thanks in advance
