Hi, I just bought XP Pen Deco 02, when I first plugged in the tablet before I install the driver, it works fine with pen pressure available but when I installed the latest driver from the XP Pen website the pen pressure no longer work. The pen is able to work on photoshop (without the pen pressure) but it cannot work on TVPaint software.

Hello, Deco 02 is compatible with OpenCanvas, only the digital eraser function of P06 stylus can't used in OpenCanvas, because software itself doesn't support this function.

I had a problem with the pen I was using it and it was working fine and then I left on the shelf for a month when I got it out again the pen wasn't working. I did update the software to the most updated and the pen is still not working.

Hi. I understand this tablet has a matt film on it. Is this film a permenant feature and can replacement films be purchased should it decide to part company with the tablet? 1. yes we will release Deco 02 screen protector in few days, so you could buy the screen protectorof Deco 02 separately.
2.Yes of course you could set clipping function as express keys in Deco 02 and the same as your pen, you could custom settings the function.

I'm torn between this and the Deco 03

Also, what do I do if I lose the stylus? I don't see any replacement products that are compatible with the Deco 02.

You could use coupon for Deco 02 to decrease the price.

Hello I am liveing Turkey and I want to buy Deco02 or Deco03 but I could not choose. I will pay for Deco03 about 460₺ and for Deco02 it is about 505₺. And when you compare with Amerika or any European country it likes to pay about 450$ or 450£. So I want to choose best one for me. I am not professional but I will use it for painting, sculptin, animating, drawing and designing. My questions are these. First I want to learn the hexagonal pen is realy comfortable to hold because all styluses are circular and I will not use its rubber. Second is there any difference on their product quality? Third shiping to Turkey takes about 15-25 days and your Return Policy is 30 days. İf I want to send back or change with another product or if I have a problem with tablet will XP-PEN provide convenience for me?

Thank you for your asking. If you are not sure the hexagonal pen P06 is realy comfortable for you, you could choose Deco 03.
And Deco 03 also supports wireless function, but Deco 02 doesn't support wireless function.
The return policy is support 30 days, 30 days means after you receive the product. But if the product itself doesn't have hardware problem, and you want to return it, then the buyers need to pay the return shippping fee.
