Is the button on P05 more easy to press then P06?
Asking this because I am currently using Artist 12 with Passive pen P06, since the button did not extrude from the body of the pen, if I want to do the right click, the button is hard to find. I would like to make sure P05 won't have this problem before I make the purchase. Thanks!

Hello, the button of P05 extrudes from the body. But which product do you use?
Because if you need to use P06 with the tablet then you can't use any other stylus, the stylus can't be used for all the products.

I seen a cable on Amazon.com you guys are selling but it says deco 01, 02, and 03 but in small print down the page it says Note: this only works for Deco 01. So what gives why advertise a cable doe all 3 decos and make a not it only works for deco 01

Hi. I've received my package. Upon unpacking and trying the tablet out I discover that there's issue with the red dial. It wouldn't rotate. So I tried pulling the dial lightly and the dial just pop off. Upon inspection it doesn't seem like the dial is broken or any of it's parts are missing. But I do notice that the part on the PCB board is slanted (Is this normal?). So I tried figuring out how the parts hold together and cautiously put everything together before pushing the dial back onto the board. I did heard a snapping sound and the dial seems to be back in place. Rotating the dial seems to work okay with clicking sound but there's friction on the right side of the dial. It's not easy to rotate the dial. There's also 2 scratch marks beside the dial.

I suspect that during transport very heavy items impose a very high pressure at the dial side that deformed it. Is there anything you can help with to re-position the dial ring? I also with to suggest that for future delivery that you add more padding on the package at the dial ring side to protect it as it seems to be the most fragile part during delivery. I can e-mail you the photos showing problem I mentioned.
