Hello! I ordered an xp pen g640 on 11/15/2018 and I don't remember where I've read that it takes 1 to 4 days for the item to get shipped out of the warehouse but it's already 11/20/2018 and yet no confirmed shipping from the site... Did I misunderstand? Also , another question , in how much time will the product come to Romania? 2-14 days , right?
