Alright, update: I managed to get the pen to work, but only temporarily. It just stops working after I click something once, and it doesn't want to cooperate with SAI at all. It won't even move across the screen if I have SAI open. Some help would be appreciated.

After uninstalling other tablet drivers, installing this one and restarting my computer; the Pentablet program won't detect the tablet. The screen comes on just fine, but there's no reaction from the pen. The warning that shows up says: "Can't detect the tablet, please plug it into then open the driver again", which I have several times, but there's still no reaction, it can't detect the tablet. What should I do?

I have been researching for drawing tablets, and I narrow my decision on the Artist 16 pro or the new Artist 15.6. I contacted xp-pen customer support thru Chatting to answer me a few questions, but they were not able to. So I am trying here.
- Basically I believe that besides the screen size, pen(stylus) and hot keys, both devices have exactly the same specs. Is that a correct statement?
- If the above is incorrect can you provide me a comparison matrix?
- What is the advantages or disadvantages from a pen(stylus) Rechargeable (pro) vs battery-less on the 15.6? since the 16pro pen has electricity, I assumed that would do something with it. so what is the difference in using an active vs passive pen?
- When 16 pro will be in-stock?

Hello, Marcelo Thanks for interested in our product. Artist 16Pro screen quality is better than Artist 15.6, the new stylus P02S is more sensitive than P03S. Maybe the rechargeable battery stylus is more stable than P03S. But now Artist 16Pro is out of stock now. It will be available this week. Thank you.

Hello, Audrey, you could use the software Lightwave with Artist 15.6, the pen can control the cursor in the software Lightwave, but it doesn't support pen pressure. Maybe the software itself doesn't support pen pressure.

Hello, i'm using my 15.6 for a couple of weeks and i'm very satisfied with the quality of the product. I use it on my desktop PC and the power cable is connected to the motherboard. I have no issues with the tablet but my question is : my PSU is 700 watt is that enough to power up the tablet or should i switch to the charger? Thanks in advance.

Artist 15.6 power cable can connect with computer directly but we suggest you to charge the Artist 15.6 with DC power. Because it is more stable than USB power.

I have been having a problem recently were when I am hovering over the tablet with my pen it picks it up and begins drawing. Even though my pen is not touching the tablet it picks it up as if it is. It also sometimes applies the maximum pen pressure when I first touch the tablet with my pen. So it's just a big dot when I first start drawing.

Hello, I'm greatly interested in getting this product, though I was a bit worried since my computer uses "display port" and not hmdi. I was thinking about simply using an hmdi to display port converter but I have no idea if it would be an issue or if it would prevent the tablet to work properly. so my question is : would it be a problem to use a hmdi to display port converter ?
