Hi, you need to prepay the Tax fee to us. It is not includes in price. After you prepay the customs fee, you don't need to pay extra fee when receiving the products.

Hi!
Im planning on getting a graphic display this christmas or at the start of the next year ”Artist 15.6 is currently in my list”. It is my first time buying/using a graphic display so i was wondering if its easy to use and hook up with my laptop. Also about the glove that is included with the display, im left handed so does it go to both hands or do you have one for us lefties?

Glad to hear you're interested in our products. Yes it is easy to use with the computer. Artist 15.6 is compatible with Win 8 or above and Mac OS 10.10 or above. As for drawing glove, don't worry it suits for right-hand users and left-hand users.

I keep reading the Artist 15.6 is easy to get bad scretches on screen. Can I put a protector filter on top ? Would that affect pen performance ?

Hello, sorry we don't sell the protective film separately. Because it is easy to be broken in transit.
Maybe you can buy a bigger screen protective and DIY a screen protector for Artist 15.6.

Hello I got my artist 15.6 for a month now and I haven't been able to use it that much because I've been busy with works etc.But the one problem I encountered every time I use the display is that there is an electrical shocks around the back of the tablet so it hinders my movement a lot idk what has been causing this or is just the tablet itself?

Hi my laptop doesn't have any HDMI ports to connect the cords for the tablet to only USB-C and USB3.1. Would using an HDMI to USB-C adapter be fine? Would there be any issues with using it to replace the HDMI port?

If shipping Artist 15.6 to Canada, the shipping fee is free.
But because the price doesn't include customs fee. If local post office require you pay the customs fee, you need to pay by yourself.

Hello, the Tax fee $100 is what your prepaid for customs fee, it is not the shipping fee.

I've had my tablet for about 2 months now and it has been working alright. Recently however, after only about an hour of use, the bottom right hand side of the screen gets very hot and becomes very uncomfortable to draw on. Not sure if this is normal or what I can do to stop it. Thanks!

Hello, I've recieved two days ago this tablet which is very pleasant to work with and works fine except for one littel thing (not a big thing but I prefer to let you know in case it's a bug that can be fixed with drivers update or any other means) I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, if it's driver issue or something else, when I try to right click with the tablet buttons with photoshop, it doesn't seem to work ? it worked the first day and the day after a driver update but when I switch off my computer and I work later with the tablet the shortcuts doesn't seem to work on photoshop (the right click is detected by the computer as I can right click normaly on my desktop with my pen as it was a normal mouse) is there anything I can try to fix that small issue ?

The Artist 15.6's shortcut keys are designed to work with US English keyboards. Keys may not function correctly with other keyboard languages.
By default, the Artist 15.6's express keys are mapped to standard Photoshop keyboard shortcuts. Keys can be customized to function efficiently in other software. The Artist 15.6's express keys can be customized in this tab. Click Default to revert to manufacturer settings.
