​Sorry, our tablet doesn't have any programs in it, so it must be connected with a computer because they can't work alone without a computer. And you need to download programs to use with it. You can use Artrage\ Medibang\ Krita\ Opencanvas\ Systemax SAI\ PS and so on

I bought this at Amazon and it was good till a few days ago. It started to smell horribly and and customer service didn't help that much. Save up the money and buy a Wacom or even a IPad Pro. Or else you'll have a product that is smelling burnt all the time. And dead pixels.

Hello, been using the Artist 15.6 for nearly a year now. Though I've made good use of the tablet, I've consistently had a certain issue that has made it impossible to work with most programs. Hovering the pen just above the tablet surface seems to make the tablet output a full pressure stroke onto the canvas of most art programs I've tried (of which I've given many a go). The only program where this doesn't happen is krita, which has allowed me to keep working, but I would prefer to have this issue solved so that I may make use of the many features other programs offer.
I've noticed amazon reviews that speak of similar issues, but have found no solution so far.
The stylus I got with my tablet is the P03S. I've noticed that this site lists the P05S as the pen that comes with this tablet, which makes me wonder whether that is the cause of the issue.
Whichever way it turns out, I'd just like it resolved.

Tablet worked great for a few months.....now it tells me no power signal. I keep checking cables to make sure they are plugged in. Ive updated drivers and still nothing. I'm not a happy customer with XPen. Would love to be able to use my expensive paperweight again

I tried installing it several times, but ist will only work If i restart the Computer while the Tablet ist connected and on. After this ist works. If I press the off Button again, and try to start the Tablet after all while again, without restarting the Computer, it won't connect and shows "No Signal"

Tablet need to connect 3 in 1 cable one side has one cable and computer need to be connected with USB cable and HDMI cable which on other side of 3 in 1 cable.

I would also like to ask regarding delivery method. I don't think there's a
DHL/Fedex/UPS/USPS/EMS in my city but other cities do. Will the package be delivered to the post office? The post office here asks 10% of the total value of the products delivered as payment otherwise, we can't get the package. I don't want to pay $40 just to get it.
