will Artist 16 pro be available to buy form EU (I mean ordering from country that is in EU, not from China)?
If so, how to order it? Through this shop?

Hello, I'm a photographer looking at the Artist 16 Pro for my work. Is the tablet able to be calibrated using a Spyder5pro? I need to calibrate to be sure the colors I see on the tablet match my monitor. thanks!

Yes Artist 16 Pro also suit for professional detailed digital painting.
As for pen tilt and rotation function are not support, but it will come true in future products.

I'm an Illustrator and Graphic designer, I'm very interested in your products and was wondering something of extreme importance.

Does the screen come with a protection layer for nib scratches? In case it does, If his protection screen gets 'old' or wasted...Can it be removed? Which ones would you recomend purchasing for your XP-PEN 16Pro tool as a substitute or anti-scratch solution? Would it loose sensitivity with that layer on?

Yes Artist 16 Pro comes with screen protector. And because the screen protector is softer than pen nibs, it has some possible make scratches on the screen protector. And the screen protector can be removed, the screen itself is harder than pen nibs, so it is not easy to make scratches on the screen.
Sorry because we don't sell the screen protector separately, so I don't have useful idea help you to purchase the screen protector.

Hello, I ordered this item 3 days ago and it hasn't yet left the warehouse (it's now Friday). I was wondering how long it takes to be shipped, I was told 7-14 days for delivery but it's now heading on 3 days not leaving the warehouse. I was hoping other consumers can give me estimate on how long they waited for their product? (I live in South Canada).

Hello there. I have heard nothing but positive reviews for this product and am interested in getting one. I was wondering if the price displayed for the product + the custom price is the final price for the product. I am assuming it does not include any country specific taxes, even when selecting the country from the drop-down menu for the shipping estimate. Is that correct? (Bulgaria) Thanks!
