After waiting so long because of wrong delivery location, I finally got my xp pen 16 pro.... I dont blame you for messing up the shippment, it was my county's fault I guess. The problem I have is really annoying! I did notice it when I was drawing for the first time on my Artist 16 pro today... I can't make small lines? When I try to like make a detail like pupills in an eye, this wont work after struggling for some seconds. Its annoying me that I can't make eye lashes, pupills etc... How can I fix this? It destroying the happiness for me. I have tried to fix it in the settings, but there is no help... Please help me :( I have waited patiently for 1 month now and I wanna draw again as soon as possible :(

No need, I finally fixed then problem. I was to careless and didn't read the description careful at all... After sitting some hours trying to fix it, I finally got it righ! I will rate it 4/5 stars, since it was a little hard for me to install it... I will enjoy this so much! Ty!

Hi, so i've had my 16 pro for a few months now and for some reason there seams to be a invisible line on the display that when my pen crosses it, it lets go of the cursor and i have no idea how to fix this. any help would be greatly appreciated. I love this display but the "deadline" makes it rather debilitating at times

Hello! So I received today the goods and honestly..I'm disappointed because when I open the Photoshop and try to draw it's very laggy. I can't draw even simple lines..I have the right driver, I restarted my laptop and the tablet but it's the same.. I don't know if it's because of my laptop or not. Oh and when I try to swich between eraser and brush it stucks on eraser and it opens the brush settings tab extremely slow. (Not mentioning the annoying paralax) Any advice/settings ? (I have 8 Gb ram/IntelCore i7 processor)

So i got my artist 16 pro today from your Amazon.de company. And I gotta say that I am disappointed. Not in the device, but in the company that package it. I got the main box in another bigger box. In that bigger box i found a pile of hard paper in one of the corners. Very weird. When i opened the mainbox there was no protection of the device what so ever. It was just thrown in there with all the other boxes with cables in them. The screen had really poorly applied protective peel plastic on it. It was even hair and dust stuck under the peel! The device already had smudges all over it and under the peel as well as scratches on the screen. You get 2 pens with the device. Very nice, except one of the pens was broken! The nib of it was pressed inside of the pen so that there's no way i can get it out. Its useless now.

All and all, the device is amazing, though I would love to not have it sent with me in a already used shape an a little more care what so ever.

I am very sad and disappointed.. yes, it's a really cheap tablet if compared to Wacom, but to me it's a lot.
