How is it that this pen registers 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity but is meant for a tablet with a much higher sensitivity?

Hello, the pen pressure depends on tablet itself, not on stylus.
So if you use tablet with 8192 pen pressure, then the stylus will get 8192 pen pressure.
