The protective film pre-installed on the Artist 24 seems to have a grainy and rainbow effect across it. Does this paper-like screen protector remedy this issue or is it different in appearance on the screen than the original? Thanks.

The protective film that comes with Artist 24 is a regular protective film with a smooth surface.

The surface of Paper-like Screen Protector is slightly rougher, but it has no effect on the screen display.

Regarding the screen display problem you mentioned, we recommend that you privately check whether the screen is damaged by the protective film.

The protective film you asked about is Paper-like Screen Protector, which can bring a hand-painted texture.

Hello! My boyfriend purchased these for me for my Artist24 (non-pro). It applied beautifully and looks great, however, it is eating away at the nibs of my pen. What can I do to prevent this? Do you make nibs that are more resilient for this type of screen protector?

Paper-like Screen Protector ONLY for Artist 24/ Artist 24 FHD will cause some wear on the nib. We currently only have one suitable nib. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
