Hi, I bought this cable for my Artist 12 (2nd gen) but when I plug it in nothing shows up on the screen.
Windows detects the tablet and it even turns on and shows xpen logo but then just turns off, the light goes yellow and a "no signal" message appears and I don't know how to fix this.
And yes, I installed all drives.
