Hello,

Innovator 16 is not compatible with Android and therefore does not support IbisPaint X.

It is compatible with Chrome OS 88 (or later).

I got mine for Christmas and after a while I started using it not even a month in and all of a sudden it shut off I tried leaving it alone for a while thinking it may overheated but that wasn't it I tried turning it on again but it would just show a black screen. The we're connected right but I don't think it's that either or maybe I would have to move the wires to make the screen work again. But more more I do that it just doesn't work anymore what do I do?

I got my Innovator 16 a year ago, I have had nothing but problems.... I love the product but the connection system / plugs make it so if something isn't connecting right you can't replace it easily. Since the start, whenever my tablet was shaken by me moving my hand, it'd turn white and id have to re-adjust. Now, my innovator has been on "no signal" for weeks and I have tried every troubleshooting trick from XP PEN and advice forums.... I am so sad, I wish I had reported this info sooner rather than trying to live with it/make it work. It was a gift, so I didn't want to be rude. I just think I got a faulty one... I wanted it so badly we even preordered it so it's a shame. :( -Kait

I ordered the Innovator 16 and received the tracking number 2 days after.
The tracking number says that the package will be coming from China. My question is regarding shipping time.

-Will my delivery still be within the estimated delivery window?

I have heard of issues regarding shipping containers waiting 4-6 weeks to deliver goods from overseas. Will I still receive my product in the 7-10 business day window?
