I received my tablet. I tried to set it up. But no matter what connection I use my computer cannot detect the tablet. I tried with the USB-C and USB adaptor. I plugged other devices into the ports to ensure they weren't faulty. What could be the problem?
P.S: the HDMI port works perfectly, I am getting picture, but the stylus isn't detecting nor is the tablet to my PC.

Does the Artist Display 24 Pro have a palm rejection feature? By this I mean - if you rest part of your hand on the display surface, only the places where the pen touches the screen will be recognized, and the places where hour hand touches the screen will be ignored.

This display has no touch screen function. So there's no palm rejection because your hand isn't sensed at all. Only the pen will be recognized.

Would you consider adding a Eraser to your pens ? Some people say they don't use it , but people also say they don't use shortcut keys either. Having a eraser on the pen is much more convenient. It frees up the buttons to be "Alt and Right click" instead of "eraser and right click."

We will implement the function of the eraser by importing the functions of the back of the pen into the preset settings when the product leaves the factory. Since each software may have different shortcut keys for the pen's eraser function, the preset eraser function may not be compatible with some software.
Other ways that implement the eraser:
The pen shortcut keys can be set to the eraser function.
You can also set the shortcut keys on the pen display to the eraser function.

Hello, I was wondering if there is going to be a program with this, or need a specific computer? I bought the 22 Pro before and the program I downloaded did not work, as it only worked as a second monitor and no usage of the pen, requiring me to have to return the package, so I want to be sure due to the problem of connection last time.
