The question or concern I have is simple but necessary. I live in the US but will be moving back to Germany. If I but this product here(which is cheaper, by a lot) how will the power convert? Will I need a converter or should I buy the EU plug version and just wait to get to Germany to open the box and use it?

I really wish you would offer a PAPER LIKE TEXTURE screen cover for the 24 Pro as well as ALL of your models. It's most unfortunate that many of us have to look elsewhere to try find solutions to give us the friction desired and tactile feeling of pen and paper. Also, would be really nice for XP Pen to really step up their game and start to offer accessories like "FELT TIP" nibs for the millions of us that would like more tactile experiences when drawing along the slippery glass surfaces. Wacom offers different tips for their stylus's, I think it would be advantageous for XP Pen to do so as well. It seems like this would not be difficult to do and would even add another revenue stream for you folks. Felt tips, Rubber tips, Springy tips, Textured screen covers, (rough and medium) customized shortcut button labels, rings etc. C'mon XP Pen!! Get in the game!

How do you recommend I clean my Artis 24 pro? I have Isopropyl Alcohol but the manual advises against using it because alcohol can discolor it. the manual also says to not use water.

Please note that Artist 24 pro is not waterproof. Therefore, we recommend that you use a dry microfiber cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol to wipe and disinfect.

Always spray whetevr you want to apply ( isopropyl alcohol, Windex, or Lens Cleaner for Eyewear) onto a COTTON based cloth. Then wipe the device/screen with the cloth. So long as you do not spray directly onto the device you should be fine. No bleach products of course.

I am planning on buying this during the sale and giving it as a Christmas present so I have a few questions. 1. if I buy the product now and it remains unopened until christmas and there is an issue externally or internally what happens? (basically should we inspect the product once it arrives or can we wait). 2. if I get the free software how long do I have to install it? can it wait to be installed until Christmas?

Does this XP Pen 24 Pro unit create any type of noise? I currently have a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24" and the fan noise is uncomfortably loud. Noise levels averages 60DB when in use, very noticeable and unpleasant. It also pushes out a lot of heat, making the office I work in a good few degrees hotter.

Is the artist 24 pro compatible with Android devices. I found a link on a Google search that explicitly says that the artists 24 pro is compatible but I am having issues with getting the artist 24 pro to recognize the size of my phone screen. The cruiser move really slow across the screen it doesn't end up wherever I physically put my XP pen.

Are there any plans to make a version of this tablet without the buttons similar to Artist22Pro. I've noticed that myself and many other professionals don't use the button as we always keep out free hand on the keyboard for faster and more intuitive shortcuts. Having the buttons is just extra unnecessary hardware/space. The Artist22Pro is great for this but it would be nice to get the new display with this "feature" and narrower edge real estate.

Hi xp-pen, I made a purchase on june 18th for the one to ship out on june 20th. Checking status on my package daily and still says it was not shipped from warehouse its currently June 22nd now. How long till it gets shipped?
