Yes, the PH02 Battery-free Stylus is the only stylus compatible with the Artist Pro 16TP.

Looks like I have the same issues as the two people having replacement duds. Mine is DOA and only shows full pressure when I'm hovering. What's worse is that the eraser part doesn't even work because my original pen has pressure issues. My pen display is the 16TP. Someone needs to check quality control for these pens.

I have bought two now as replacement for my 16tp pen neither have worked, both show full pressure when the screen is not even touched. Is this really the replacement??
