Notifications During Chinese Spring Festival

As Chinese New Year is coming, XP-Pen China warehouse will start their vacation from Feb 14th, 2018 to Feb 21st, 2018 (GMT).

Delayed Shipment:

Orders for Star series graphic tablet placed after Feb 10th, and for Artist series graphic display placed after Feb 7th in XP-Pen official store won’t be delivered until Feb 21st. This policy mostly affects countries such as Asia Pacific, Middle East, remote areas of Europe and Canada.

XP-Pen
 uses several methods for shipping product. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available. All orders ship from either our USA, EU and CN warehouse.

 

All orders are subject to a one to four day processing period before shipping. XP-Pen uses the best carriers in the business, but we are unable to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd day delivery.

 

Currently we are only able to accept orders and shipments within the regions list on the Order page.

 

UPS&DHL&Fedex: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 2  15 days from shipment for delivery). Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door. We always ship to USA, EU and AU via this method.

 

EMS: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 5  30 days from shipment for delivery). Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door. We always ship to Asia Pacific Region via this method.

 

China Post: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 5  30 days from shipment for delivery). Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door. We sometimes ship to Asia Pacific Region via this method.

 

Note that weekends and holidays may delay shipping.

 

How to Expedite Shipping Your Order

Avoid delivery delays by including your full address, including company name if applicable, suite number, apartment number, floor number, building number, etc., and a valid phone number.

We use a third-party address verification system, so please enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing or shipment of your order.

If your order is returned to XP-Pen as undeliverable from our shipping partners, you will need to place a new order. Please contact Customer Support to resolve your payment issue at +1 657-445-6129 or Email us at shop@xp-pen.com

 

Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and by double-checking for typos and other errors.

 

Order Processing by XP-Pen

Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Tax

You are responsible for any sales, use, duty, or other governmental taxes or fees due with respect to your purchase and use of merchandise. We will present any taxes that we are required to collect at checkout, but note that actual taxes charged may be adjusted from the amount shown at checkout.

 

Non-Refundable Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
